Welcome to Koncept House, Castleberry Hill. At Koncept House we apply a fresh, ground up approach to facilitate how today's entrepreneurial teams work. Our initial location is a 24,000 square foot converted historic warehouse (previously Southern Tablet and Manufacturing Company) in Atlanta's downtown arts district. Koncept House provides the look and feel of a Brooklyn Loft Building. We cater to maker, creative and ecommerce entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs that make things, sell physical goods or provide hands-on services. Things from hair care products, skin care products, custom clothing. Entrepreneurs that have created lifestyle brands. Social media stars that produce content and talented photographers and videographers. Entrepreneurs that need much more than a desk and chair. We are a micro-studio, micro-warehouse, micro-showroom and micro-manufacturing space. We provide flex space that allows you to create the space that works for you, not some cookie cutter space where every space looks the same.
As Atlanta continues to be a dominant force in the creative industries, Koncept House continues to build a unique community for these creative entrepreneurs. From our roots in venture capital, real estate development and entrepreneurship, we have developed a space that can facilitate and accelerate your growth and expansion.

Koncept House features beautifully designed, sun drenched private office space that you and your team will love to work out of. We can accommodate teams of 2-25. As your business grows we will be there with you making sure that your office space matches your company. We offer 3-24 month leases that allow you to adjust as your business expands. While the space is beautiful, it is the community that will be most amazing. Production companies shooting in Atlanta for 3 months, we are here for you.
